We walk the property with you or your agent, before or after closing, and note condition, systems, and must fix items. After a complete walkthrough, we can price the repair estimate on the spot.

Scope and budget
You get a written, line item scope tied to your strategy, budget, and rent or resale target. Options are flagged so you can choose.

Build
Crews work the scope in sequence with progress updates and photos. Changes are priced and approved before they happen.

Rent ready handoff
Final punch, clean, and walkthrough. The property goes back to you ready for photos, showings, and a tenant.
