We are a division of Proform. All work is performed by Proform GC Services.
Who we are
Proform Investor Services exists for one kind of client: the investor who needs a property renovated or built so it performs. Most of our work is buy and hold rentals, where a rehab has to lease at the right rent and hold up for years. We also take on fix and flips, general investor rehab, and new build rental communities.
Hundreds of investor rehabs
Our group has performed hundreds of rehabs for investors. That experience is why, after a complete walkthrough, we can price a repair estimate on the spot. For an investor evaluating a property, that is tremendous value: a real repair number while the deal is still on the table.
Owner operated
Proform is owned and run by its principals. Because the company is owner operated, investors deal directly with the people responsible for the work and get straight answers on scope, budget, and schedule.
Who does the work
All work is performed by Proform GC Services. Investor Services is the division that brings its crews, trade coordination, and scope discipline to individual investors, portfolio owners, and build to rent developers.
